TOTAL CONDITIONED: 1,500-1,660 SQ.FT.

This is a concept home that combines shipping containers and traditional construction materials and methods. All bathrooms and kitchen elements were localized inside the shipping containers to allow for off-site construction. Great room area was designed to be done in concrete. Design allows for a 4th bedroom to be added at a later time.
The main benefit of this design is that a major portion of all the labor intensive tasks can be done off-site. This is particularly useful for remote locations like Culebra.
